HISTORIC RENOVATION IN LEESBURG, VA

The old Coca-cola bottling plant in Leesburg, VA is the perfect home for a local creative agency, KM Digital. With this project came many obstacles. The 2-year long project included a year study period where we had to ensure that we could keep the existing building and historic features in order to give our client’s access to Historic Tax Credits. The building would include an entire new roof, structural steel, HVAC, electric, plumbing, and so on. The outcome as you can see in the images below was nothing less than extraordinary.
